Explore the opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer to provide technical leadership to 20 staff engineers. The position can be fulfilled remotely, as the team is global, working from the UK, Bulgaria, and Malaysia. If an Egyptian candidate is successful, then the opportunity will also include the option of relocation to Malaysia upon completion of the probation period.

Essential criteria

  • At least 10 years of experience in Software Engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Valid and current Azure Expert or AWS Pro certification
  • Production experience with Kubernetes (AKS or EKS)

Desirable criteria

  • 3 years of experience leading teams
  • 3 years of experience in an enterprise environment
  • Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
  • HashiCorp certification
  • Experience and qualifications with both Azure and AWS
